The Consortium Qld is a company dedicated to the development of exciting and inviting hospitality venues in Brisbane's Bayside.
Our first venue, Tide on the Jetty, has been a local favourite in Manly for over six years, and our second venue, The Arsonist, was ranked #34 in the Top 100 Delicious Best Qld Restaurants in just its second year.
In 2022 we secured our third venue, Sea Vibes, and have great plans for its iconic Cambridge/Esplanade corner location.
In 2024 we were awarded the hospitality and catering contract at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron.
Our leadership team is comprised of experienced hospitality professionals with a passion for delivering unique and memorable moments for our guests.

A number of exciting opportunities exist across our venues.
The Arsonist requires an experienced hospitality professional who has worked in high-end restaurants previously and has a bubbly personality and a professional outlook.

Experience in a similar role is absolutely essential.

Availability - operational hours of weekdays and evenings and weekend days, Wednesday through to Sunday.
Tide on the Jetty requires Front of House staff with experience in a fast-paced full service restaurant.

RQYS requires Front of House and Functions team members with experience ranging from general counter and wait service to functions service.
